City Green Court

It is a flexible office building with a high emphasis on environmentally friendly construction and subsequent efficient operation as evidenced by the acquisition of the international ecological LEED Platinum. The building was designed by the renowned architectural studio Richard Meier & Partners (USA) in collaboration with Prague CUBOID studio. In addition to designing technical equipment, OPTIMAL Engineering participated in the design of the façade by processing the energy model of the building used for testing various types of façade and screening.
