Design And Planning Activites

We focus on complex solutions of technical installations in the field of heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical and sanitary installations and fire protection systems. We advise how to choose the optimal technical solution to satisfy the needs of the owner of the building, prepare project documentation as well as special studies and provide the supervision of the construction. 

Project

Our team of engineers and designers has extensive experience in designing the project documentation of engine and electrical engineering units for a wide range of buildings. We design heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical installations for administrative facilities, industrial sheds, shopping centres, as well as hotels, theatres and many other structures. As a part of our services, we manage coordination of all professions so that our client does not have to spend time and money on meetings with individual designers. Our clients are local as well as foreign companies, with whom the majority of our employees can fluently communicate in English.

PROJECTS DESIGN

When designing, we focus on understanding the priorities of our clients, choose innovative solutions, and at the same time providing comprehensible information on advantages and disadvantages of various technical solutions.

OPTIMAL Engineering is an active member of the Czech Green Building Council. Our Acredited Professionals provide consulting services in the field of sustainable construction and building certifications under the LEED or WELL systems. They also perform the energy performance assessment of buildings in compliance with Czech legislation.

We use state-of-the-art designing techniques including building energy modelling and advanced design platform Building Information Modelling (BIM). Our designers constantly increase their qualifications in regular professional training courses and by studying national as well as foreign literature.
