ELEMENT Offices

Project ELEMENT is located next to S+B´s project TRIMARAN, in the heart of the office district of Prague 4, the office building enjoys special visibility and presence, and together with TRIMARAN it makes a significant contribution to the development of this office district in Prague 4. When planning ELEMENT great attention was paid to energy efficiency and sustainability in line with LEED criteria resulting in Platinum level certification.
