Metropole Zličín

Reconstruction of the heating, cooling and ventilation system included 25 air handling units with a total airflow of 515,200 cubic meters per hour and construction of a cooling source with the performance of 3,226 kW; the reconstruction was conducted in full operation of the commercial centre. The design of a completely new concept of cooling and the modification of the HVAC concept by OPTIMAL Engineering brings a 30% savings in operating costs. The key factors that have enabled achieving the predicted savings were methodological support during the implementation phase and especially commissioning of the systems by OPTIMAL Engineering company in compliance with the international Commissioning standards.
