QUBIX 4 Praha
The office building QUBIX 4 has achieved LEED Platinum Certification as one of the first constructions in the Czech Republic. OPTIMAL Engineering was the main partner of the investor for the building certification process and provided all services related to the LEED certification. Designed and implemented building systems, such as cooling and heating ceilings or use of rainwater for flushing toilets, bring substantial savings in operational cost that are continually monitored and evaluated in the Measurement & Verification.
