Šárecký dvůr won the Best Residential Development award

The Šárecký dvůr project won the prestigious European CIJ Awards competition in the category of the best residential development in the Czech Republic for 2018. The heart of the complex is the enclosed courtyard, which connects a Baroque building with 7 townhouses, newly built villa houses with 44 elegant apartments and a historic building with 5 studios. OPTIMAL Engineering completed construction of the heating and plumbing systems in the whole campus where accurate work and highest quality had to be implied.
