The building is designated as upscale top quality development, comprising high-class office, conference and retail spaces with a total surface of approx. 18,230 sqm. The exterior of the 7-story office building is marked by a maritime formed façade evoking the impression of a luxury liner.

Engineers from the OPTIMAL Engineering company designed advanced building technologies such as radiant ceilings for heating and cooling, variable air-flow system, rainwater storage&usage, automatically controlled LED lights and a Building Management System for a continuous optimization of the building's operation.  The building has achieved LEED Platinum certification.
